She was a part of the soap-opera General Hospital from 2007 until the year 2009. Adalind Schade is among her most well-known roles. This character first appeared on Grimm in 2011 and since then she's been playing the character. Coffee has also had recurring roles as Cassie Tatum on the TV show The West Wing in 2003 and Janie Ross on the TV series Franklin & Bash from 2011 to 2012.
